مرحباً بكم في موقع مجموعة رفعة المحدودة. تسري هذه الشروط والأحكام على استخدامكم للموقع وكافة الخدمات والبرامج التدريبية المقدمة من خلاله. يُرجى قراءتها بعناية؛ حيث إن استخدامكم للموقع أو طلبكم للخدمات يُعد موافقة كاملة منكم على الالتزام بها.

1. تعريفات عامة

المجموعة / نحن: تشير إلى "مجموعة رفعة المحدودة" (Refaah Group LTD)، وهي شركة مسجلة في إنجلترا وويلز، وتشمل أذرعها: "أكاديمية رفعة" و"مكتب الخدمات اللغوية".

العميل / المستخدم / أنت: تشير إلى أي شخص يزور الموقع، أو يستفيد من خدماتنا اللغوية، أو يسجل في برامجنا التدريبية.

2. الشروط العامة للاستخدام

بمجرد تصفحكم أو استخدامكم لهذا الموقع، فإنكم تلتزمون قانونياً بهذه الشروط.

جميع محتويات الموقع من نصوص، وتصاميم، وشعارات، ومواد هي ملكية فكرية وحصرية لمجموعة رفعة المحدودة، ويُمنع منعاً باتاً نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها دون إذن خطي مسبق منا.

3. شروط خدمات "مكتب آلاء رفعت للخدمات اللغوية الاحترافية"

تسليم الأعمال: يلتزم المكتب بتسليم المواد التدقيقية أو المترجمة في المواعيد المتفق عليها مسبقاً، بشرط التزام العميل بتسليم النصوص الأصلية كاملة وواضحة في الوقت المحدد.

الملكية الفكرية للمشاريع: تنتقل ملكية النصوص المعدلة أو المترجمة بالكامل للعميل فور سداد جميع المستحقات المالية للمكتب.

طلب التعديلات: يحق للعميل طلب تعديلات على العمل المسلم خلال (7) أيام عمل من تاريخ الاستلام، على أن تكون التعديلات المطلوبة متوافقة مع الاتفاق الأصلي للمشروع.

نسب العمل والحقوق الأدبية (شرط إلزامي): يلتزم العميل بالإشارة الصريحة والواضحة لـ "مكتب رفعة للخدمات اللغوية" وذكره بصفته المراجع اللغوي المعتمد للعمل عند نشر أو توزيع أي مادة أو مؤلف أو مشروع قام المكتب بتطويره أو مراجعته لغوياً. ويُعد الإخلال بهذا الشرط مخالفة جسيمة وغير مغتفرة للحقوق الأدبية تترتب عليها المساءلة القانونية.

4. شروط "أكاديمية رفعة"

الالتحاق والرسوم: يعتبر التسجيل في أي برنامج تدريبي نهائياً بمجرد سداد الرسوم المقررة للبرنامج.

الاستخدام الشخصي للحسابات والمواد: يُمنع منعاً باتاً مشاركة حسابات التدريب، أو المحاضرات، أو المواد العلمية الخاصة بالأكاديمية مع أي أطراف أخرى. هذه المواد مخصصة للاستخدام الفردي للمتدرب المسجل فقط، ومحمية بحقوق الملكية الفكرية.

سياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد: تخضع رسوم الدورات لسياسة الإلغاء الموضحة في صفحة كل برنامج تدريبي، ولا يحق للمتدرب المطالبة باسترداد الرسوم بعد بدء البرنامج أو إتاحة المواد التعليمية له في حسابه.

5. حدود المسؤولية

تبذل المجموعة أقصى جهودها لتقديم خدمات لغوية وتدريبية بأعلى درجات الدقة والاحترافية. ومع ذلك، لا تتحمل المجموعة مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو خسائر تجارية أو مهنية قد تنتج عن استخدام أو عدم القدرة على استخدام الخدمات أو المواد التدريبية.

6. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتُفسر وفقاً للقوانين السارية في إنجلترا وويلز، وتخضع أي نزاعات قد تنشأ عنها للاختصاص القضائي الحصري للمحاكم البريطانية.

7. التعديل على الشروط

تحتفظ مجموعة رفعة المحدودة بالحق في تعديل أو تحديث هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت. وتصبح هذه التعديلات نافذة وسارية المفعول بمجرد نشرها على هذه الصفحة.

Welcome to the Refaah Group LTD website. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and all services and training programs provided through it. Please read them carefully; your use of the website or requesting services constitutes your full agreement to comply with these terms.

1. General Definitions

The Group / We / Us: Refers to "Refaah Group LTD" (registered in England and Wales), including its branches: "Refaah Academy" and "Language Services Office".

The Client / User / You: Refers to anyone visiting the website, utilizing our language services, or enrolling in our training programs.

2. General Terms of Use

By browsing or using this website, you are legally bound by these terms.

All website content, including texts, designs, logos, and educational materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Refaah Group LTD and may not be copied or reused without our prior written permission.

3. Language Services Terms

Project Delivery: The Office commits to delivering edited or translated materials within the pre-agreed deadlines, provided the client delivers complete and clear source texts on time.

Intellectual Property of Projects: Full ownership of the edited or translated texts transfers to the client upon full payment of all fees due to the Office.

Revisions: The client is entitled to request revisions within (7) working days of delivery, provided they align with the original project agreement.

Attribution and Moral Rights (Mandatory Clause): The client must explicitly and clearly attribute and credit "Refaah Language Services Office" as the accredited linguistic editor/reviewer upon the publication or distribution of any material, manuscript, or project developed or reviewed by the Office. Failure to comply with this condition is deemed a severe and unforgivable breach of moral rights, subject to legal liability.

4. Refaah Academy Terms

Enrollment & Fees: Registration in any training program is deemed final upon payment of the designated fees.

Personal Use of Accounts & Materials: Sharing training accounts, lectures, or educational materials provided by the Academy with third parties is strictly prohibited. Materials are protected by intellectual property rights and are for the individual use of the registered trainee only.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Course fees are subject to the cancellation policy detailed on each program's page. No refunds will be issued once the program has commenced or educational materials have been made available on the trainee's account.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Group exerts maximum effort to provide language and training services with the highest accuracy and professionalism. However, the Group shall not be liable for any indirect damages, business losses, or professional losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services or training materials.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

7. Amendments

Refaah Group LTD reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
